Neelkamal Co-operative Society
This co-operative society is being established keeping in mind the basic residential needs of social workers living in a particular group. As a group of 300 social workers, we continuously make various efforts to uplift society.  we social workers are making collective efforts to establish this co-operative society. This co-operative society will be operated and registered under U.P. Co-operative Housing Federation Ltd., Lucknow (U.P.). After registration, the society will request the Authority for a large land parcel (estimated area of 7 acres / approximately 35,000 square meters) as per 300 residences. In the process of land allotment, whatever rate per square meter is fixed by the Authority, the total cost will be equally divided among all 300 members (determined amount ÷ 300 = ₹0000/- approx.). Each member will contribute their share through demand draft (D.D.) to be submitted to the Authority as per the total land cost. After the Authority issues the allotment letter to the society, the construction work will begin. The total expenditure for the construction will be deposited by all 300 members in the society’s account from time to time. The Neelkamal Co-operative Society building will be three-storied (100 x 3 = 300 houses). Each floor will have 100 residences, each covering an area of 120 square meters and consisting of 3 BHK units.
